Oracle connects to your venue’s sound system, so it translates from the same clean feed the room hears rather than a microphone in the back row.
2. Attendees pick a language
They scan the QR code on screen and choose the language they want. Nothing to install, nothing to collect from a counter.
3. They follow in captions or audio
Captions on the venue screen and on their own phone, or an AI voice in their earphones. They can switch between the two at any point in the session.

AI translation or interpreter booths?

Simultaneous interpreting means booths, consoles, technicians, a receiver for every attendee and a deposit desk at the door. For most conferences, town halls and regional events, translated captions and AI audio do the same job for the audience at a fraction of the setup.
We’re straight about the limits. For high-stakes negotiations, legal proceedings and diplomatic sessions, human interpreters are still the safer choice, and we’ll say so.

How accurate is it?

Translation quality follows audio quality, which is why we connect to the desk rather than a room mic and test with your AV team before doors open.
We also load your event’s vocabulary in advance: speaker and organisation names, product and drug names, acronyms and any specialist terms your field uses. That’s the difference between a transcript your delegates trust and one they laugh at.
An honest note: live translation runs a few seconds behind the speaker. Attendees notice it for the first minute, then stop noticing.
